The donation is in loving memory of my Dad John who lost his battle with dementia on 11th December 2016 but always supported the Roy Castle Lung Foundation since my Mum Lily passed away from lung cancer in March 2007. The donations in lieu of flowers at Dads funeral have been split between the Roy Castle Castle Lung Foundation, the Alzheimer's Society and Dementia UK in Dads memory. He is loved and missed so much. Rest in peace now Dad xxxx
